Mediation
I am a Mediator and Ombuds with over 10 years experience in diverse fields of conflict resolution working for international organisations such as the United Nations (UN), the Organisation for Economic Co-Operation and Dvelopment (OECD), the International Criminal Court (ICC The Hague) and the International Chamber of Commerce Paris (ICC Paris) in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. My work is centered on building effective and lasting solutions in sensitive environments, with patience and persistence.

Coaching
As a Leadership and Personal Development Coach, I work with individuals and teams across industries and levels of seniority. My coaching sessions are a dedicated confidential and collaborative space to work on those deeper questions and long-held aspirations that often get lost in the shuffle of daily life. Whether you come to coaching with a specific goal or a recurring challenge, the purpose is to help you find your own solutions and to gain the clarity and confidence to align your convictions with action.

- Working with teams and individual clients: Improving collaboration and communication as well as strengthening conflict competence and resilience

About me
As a Mediator, Ombuds and Coach I support individual clients, teams, and organisations in navigating the very human challenges in and around the workplace.

Location: Based in Málaga and Paris I work globally, online and in-person.
